We ship worldwide from Bali, Indonesia. Orders within Indonesia typically arrive in 2–5 working days; international orders take 7–14 working days depending on destination and customs.

You will receive a confirmation once your order is on its way. Customs duties or import taxes outside Indonesia are the responsibility of the recipient.

We want you to love what you wear. Ready-made pieces (not marked Made to Order) can be returned or exchanged within 1 day of delivery — unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.

Made-to-order pieces are created especially for you and cannot be returned unless there is a fault. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can help.

Our shirts come in a universal One Size fit, designed with a relaxed silhouette that flatters a variety of body shapes.

Our pants and shorts feature a soft elastic waistband, allowing each size to comfortably fit a range of body measurements.

If you’re unsure which size is right for you, feel free to contact us via WhatsApp — we’ll be happy to help you find your perfect fit.

To preserve the fabric's softness and luster, we recommend:

* Hand wash at up to 30°C.
* Use a mild detergent for delicate fabrics.
* Do not bleach.
* Dry naturally, away from direct sunlight.
* If necessary, steam or iron inside out at a low temperature.

How do I choose a size?
Use the body measurements in our size guide. If you are between sizes, contact us with your measurements.

Can I order through WhatsApp?
Yes. Your selected color and size are included automatically from the cart.

Are all pieces ready to ship?
Availability is shown for each color and size. Made-to-order pieces are labelled separately.

You can visit the TStore Bali - Designer's Hub, Fashion Store Seminyak showroom and try on some clothes.

Please note: Not all styles, colors, and sizes in our collection are available in the showroom. If you are interested in a specific item, please contact us in advance. We will check its availability and, if necessary, prepare it for your visit.

If the style you need is not in the showroom, you can use our try-on service with delivery throughout Bali.
