How can I write a review on a product?
You can write a product review with just 4 easy steps:
On any product page, scroll down and you will see a button titled ‘Write a review.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking information will be sent to the email or phone number that you provided in the contact information section once your product is shipped. You may also login to view any order information.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line “CANCEL” to info@4you.com If the item has already shipped, please refer to the Return Policy for additional information.
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours or before shipping has been processed.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Orders will be shipped within 48 hours and will arrive within 7-9 business days. You will also receive a tracking number, so you will never miss an update!
